FAQ'S
1. How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Check our header for an up to date turnaround time as this changes throughout the year. If you need your order before the end of the turnaround time (not including days for shipping), please send us an email before ordering to see if this will be possible.
2. What if my size is not available?
If your size is not available send us an email with the subject custom size. This will be at no extra charge.
3. Can I get an exchange on my sale item?
All sale items are final sale.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
We are based in the UK and currently ship worldwide. This does not include customers in the EU or Ireland. Hopefully when the GPSR regulations are clearer we will be able to ship to these customers again.
